Christmas Party December 7th, 7pm
Our annual
Chapter Christmas Party will be held on Wednesday December 7 at 7pm. Please be generous and bring a dish to pass
that will serve 6-10 people. We’re trying
something different this year; please email or call me with what you would like to bring
so we can try to better balance the hot/cold dishes and the desserts. Also we need help setting up the room before the
event, please come about 5 pm and join in the fun and festivities.

Olds Pontiac Cadillac) Swap Meet
The 2012 Swap Meet will be held at the Kane County Fairgrounds
in St. Charles on Sunday February 26th, see
the flyer included in this newsletter for more details.
The big change this year will be that WE are going to be a partner in the
event sharing in any profits (or losses). It
was a good success last year and every indication is it should be again this year. Jim Bloomstrand and I have been meeting with
representatives from the Pontiac and Olds clubs and they are very hard working, easy to
cooperate with and are very dedicated to making this a great swap. Our commitment is to advertise the event as much as
possible and to provide 10-15 people to help manage the doors on the Saturday night and
Sunday of the event. I will have flyers at the
December Christmas Party and the February meeting for everyone to pass out or display at
your local parts store, and there will be a signup sheet for volunteers that will help at
the swap. PLEASE SIGN UP AND HELP US! This is an opportunity for us to help our treasury
and in turn benefit our members.
